Effective from 2025/11/03, 10:00 Taipei Time, the WANHAI Family login method will be updated as follows:

請您不要將密碼洩漏給任何人 ，開發團隊也不會向您索取密碼來確認問題
DO NOT disclose your password to anyone. Please note that our development team will never ask you for your password to verify issues.

適用地區：全球，目前暫不包含日本與美國 ( Applicable regions: Worldwide, currently excluding Japan (JP) and the United States (US))
- 萬海航運員工 (暫不包含日本與美國地區的員工)，請使用 email 帳號 / Microsoft Office 365 密碼登入。
  (例如：email 為 abc_def@wanhai.com，登入帳號請輸入(小寫字母) abc_def)
  For WHL employees (excluding JP and US employees), please log in using your email ID / Microsoft Office 365 password.
  Example: if email is abc_def@wanhai.com, please enter (lower case) abc_def as account ID.
- OTP 驗證請透過 IDExpert OTP APP 取得。
  OTP verification code should be obtained via the IDExpert OTP APP.
